I went down to my local watering hole  last night to meet up with Ryan Van Duzer. This guy is riding a 3 speed coaster brake cruiser across the country! He is all about spreading the word that you could be driving your car less and riding your bike more

Just got back from a trip out on the Arizona trail, over 100 miles of singletrack, lots of great scenery and no people for a couple days.  I got lost, and Igot un-lost. Saw more elk than I have ever seen in my life. I started in Flagstaff and finished the ride in a saloon in Pine,AZ talking shit with the locals, listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd and sipping longnecks. I don’t have many words for it, but I do have some pictures

and i’m listening to jawbreaker as i paint my piece of shit bike to look sweet and gnar. i open my gmail and received Terrible One’s latest Freaky Friday and it’s an awesome one. if you have ever been, the whitewalls in AZ are a glorious ride of fun. even during a mid afternoon july day when i went with my buddy Ben, back in 2003. the second pic is from that time. the first is the T1 Freaky Friday. love it.
